As a organisation in youth leadership and community development, the Anta Next Generation Foundation is bent on shaping the future of Northern Ghana by empowering the next generation of leaders. Every year, we support and train young leaders, enabling them to drive positive change in their communities.
A career or partnership with the Foundation is an opportunity to be part of a movement that equips young people with skills, mentorship, and resources to address local challenges and create lasting impact. We seek individuals and partners who are passionate about leadership development, community service, collaboration, innovation, and delivering meaningful results.
