Empowering the Next Generation: ANTA NextGen Foundation Hosts Successful Youth Leadership Workshop for SRC Executives from Tertiary Institutions in Tamale
The ANTA NextGen Foundation successfully concluded its Youth Leadership Workshop on March 25, 2026, at Regal Hotel. The event brought together student executives and emerging leaders to explore the intensive one-day program focused on three critical pillars of professional excellence:
- Public Speaking: Empowering leaders to communicate with clarity and influence.
- Leadership Etiquette: Mastering the protocols of professional conduct and organizational presence.
- Organizational Behavior: Understanding team dynamics and implementing high-efficiency administrative systems.
About 30 youths gained practical skills on Leadership ethics, public speaking and organizational behaviors. We were privileged to have three different wonderful leaders to speak on these topics; Prof Alhassan Musah, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam and Miss Molly Maalinuo Dasoberi.
